Hello Food Lovers, I will like to tell you guys a little story about food. Have you ever felt so hungry that it feels like your stomach wall is drying up? Yeah, that was exactly how I felt on this faithful day. I was so hungry that my hands were literally shaking and my head felt like it was too big for its position. And then I went to the kitchen to make myself something to eat but to my detriment, there was nothing at home to eat then I went out to get something to eat and as luck will have it, it was the last Saturday of the month and I know all Lagosians know what that means, BLOODY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION!!!!!!!. I had to gently go back home and drink my garri jeje with ordinary stew. What was fascinating about this little hunger adventure of mine was that when I finally saw something to eat, the previous hunger disappeared and I was stunned beyond words. I know some of you have had similar experiences like this so this blog will tell you all about how to make delicious and filling meals with little ingredients around the house.
